These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 99sb ("99sb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://99sb.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing your 99sb account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and at your own risk;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific products or promotions on the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 99sb Platform, uniquely associated with one natural person.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising real money deposits and any eligible bonus credits.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by 99sb that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification documentation requested by 99sb.
• "Platform" means the 99sb website, mobile-optimised site , and all associated services accessible at https://99sb.app.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User via an accepted PKR payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, international series, or other sporting competition on which 99sb offers betting markets.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of Real Money Balance funds from a User's Account to a verified PKR payment method registered to that User.

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on 99sb, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active 99sb Account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify 99sb immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 99sb will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or another person's personal information will be suspended immediately upon discovery. Any Balance held in such Accounts is subject to forfeiture.
• 99sb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

99sb operates strictly as a 21+ platform. The minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. The following provisions apply:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any casino or gaming service on the Platform.
• 99sb may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of suspicious activity.
• Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification bearing date of birth.
• Where age or identity cannot be verified to 99sb's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended and all pending transactions will be placed on hold until verification is completed.
• If KYC review confirms that a User was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or any transaction, the Account will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits may be returned at 99sb's discretion in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• 99sb may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-value accounts or in response to anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Users are required to cooperate fully with any such review.

All financial transactions on the 99sb Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by 99sb from time to time without prior notice.
• 99sb does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the registered 99sb Account.
• 99sb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. 99sb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC clearance.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 99sb reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, AML review, or KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 99sb Platform, including cricket, PSL, and all other sporting markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where 99sb explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature on the relevant market.
• 99sb reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event data, or system errors. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Balance.
• In-play betting is offered on selected cricket and sporting markets. In-play bets are subject to additional rules, including the possibility of suspended markets. 99sb is not liable for delays in live data feeds.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and User account history. 99sb reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 99sb's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Match abandonment, weather interruptions, and venue changes are governed by sport-specific rules available in the 99sb Help section. For PSL cricket specifically, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments apply in relevant in-play markets.

The 99sb Casino section includes live dealer games, RNG (Random Number Generator) certified slot titles, crash games, and instant-win products. The following terms apply to all casino and gaming activity:

• All RNG casino games and slot titles on 99sb are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Each game is independently tested for fairness and uses a certified RNG. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the respective game information panels.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Technical interruptions during live game sessions are handled in accordance with the rules of the specific game provider. Bets already confirmed at the time of interruption will be settled according to available game data.
• The outcome of all RNG games is determined at the time the game round is completed. No outcome can be reversed or amended after the round has concluded, except in the case of a demonstrable technical fault on 99sb's side.

99sb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as the specific conditions published with each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 99sb accounts only. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing accounts are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Where a User's Account contains both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, Real Money Balance is used first for betting and gaming activity, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• 99sb reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a User has opted in, any Bonus Funds already credited in respect of that promotion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spin credits are valid for specified games only and expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99sb Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, using a stolen payment method, or any other fraudulent conduct in connection with your 99sb Account.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 99sb Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with its features without human input in real time.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other Users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game round, or tournament on the Platform.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome, or where you have directly or indirectly participated in efforts to fix the outcome.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, odds feed, or payment processing systems. Any winnings derived from a known system error are subject to forfeiture.
• Money Laundering: Using the 99sb Platform in any way to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. 99sb maintains a strict AML compliance programme and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the Platform, another User's Account, or 99sb's back-end systems by any means other than your own legitimate login credentials.

All content on the 99sb Platform — including but not limited to the 99sb brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99sb or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 99sb Platform without prior written consent from 99sb.
• You may not use the 99sb brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of odds data, game results, or other Platform content — whether manually or through automated tools — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99sb's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 99sb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
• 99sb does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may affect Platform availability without notice.
• 99sb is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays beyond 99sb's reasonable control.
• Betting and casino gaming involve inherent financial risk. 99sb does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gaming activity on the Platform.

99sb is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a full suite of player protection tools accessible from within every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits can be set and activated immediately from Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Users can configure time-based reminders that display a notification when a defined play duration has been reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts during gaming sessions display the duration of play and net win/loss position to encourage informed decision-making.

99sb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or collusion;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User or their payment provider;
• Detection of duplicate or associated accounts;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction;
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account charges may apply as notified to the account holder.

Upon permanent account closure by 99sb for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of closure for breach.

Users who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 99sb support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

99sb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 99sb will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on the User's Account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 99sb Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 99sb's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform shall be subject to the following resolution process:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to 99sb support at support@99sb.app with full details of the dispute, including your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting documentation. 99sb will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 99sb's internal response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the 99sb compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written decision within 20 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, you may seek resolution through any applicable external dispute resolution body or regulatory authority relevant to 99sb's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
